FUNDRAISING CASINO TRIPS…HOW IT WORKS

Step-by-Step Guide to Organizing a Successful Casino Bus Fundraiser:

✅ 1. Initial Planning

• Call Houston Ca$ino Tours to discuss your fundraiser ideas and goals.
• Minimum  requirement: 40 passengers per bus.

📅 2. Pick a Date

• Choose your preferred date, time, and pick-up location.  We will need to check our calendar to ensure you date is available.
• We recommend planning your casino trip at least  TWO (2) MONTHS or MORE  in advance.

💳 3. Reserve Your Bus

• Once your date is selected, a $250 non-refundable Booking Fee is required to lock in a Date and Reserve your bus.
• If you reach your 40 guests minimum for your casino trip, you as the group organizer will ride FREE, and receive $50 Bill once we arrive at the casino !
• If you Do Not reach your 40 guest minimum, you have a choice to Cancel the trip, or cover the cost of the empty seats.
• Your group will actually be allocated a total of 52 seats on our 56-passenger motorcoach.

🚍 4. Confirm Pick-Up Location

• Let us know  your pick-up location so we can confirm availability and pricing.
• Base fare is $60 per person from the Houston metro area.
  • (This $60 Fare varies slightly based on Group pick-up point, date and desired casino.)

    

📢 5. Promote & Sell Your Casino Fundraiser

• You are free to set your own ticket price for your fundraiser!
• Example:
  • If our fare from League City is $60, you could charge your guests $80 per person for your Fundraiser.
  • You Sell 100 tickets → 2 buses ( 50 passengers on each bus ).
  • $80  x  100 Tickets = $ 8,000  !!
  • Houston Casino Requires: $60 x 100 passengers  =  $6,000 
  • $20  x 100 passengers = $2,000 you keep for your fundraiser
  • YOU HAVE INSTANTLY RAISED $2,000 FOR YOUR FUNDRAISER !

    

💰 6. Collect & Submit Funds

• You collect all funds from your guests.
• Discuss with us the payment deadline.
• Our portion of the fare must be received 2 weeks before your trip.
