• Call Houston Ca$ino Tours to discuss your fundraiser ideas and goals.
• Minimum  requirement: 50 passengers per bus.

📅 2. Pick a Date

• Choose your preferred date, time, and pick-up location.
• We recommend planning your casino trip at least 2-3 weeks or more in advance.

💳 3. Reserve Your Bus

• Once your date is selected, a $250 deposit is required to lock in your bus.
• We will apply this $250 deposit toward the total cost of your casino trip.

🚍 4. Confirm Pick-Up Location

• Let us know  your pick-up location so we can confirm availability and pricing.
• Base fare is $60 per person from the Houston metro area.
  • (This $60 Fare may vary slightly based on Group pick-up point and desired casino.)

    

📢 5. Promote & Sell Your Fundraiser

• You are free to set your own ticket price for your fundraiser!
• Example:
  • If our fare is $60, you may charge $80 per person.
  • Sell 100 tickets → 2 buses (50 passengers each).
  • You earn: $20 profit x 100 passengers = $2,000 RAISED FOR YOUR FUNDRAISER !

    

💰 6. Collect & Submit Funds

• You collect all funds from your guests.
• Discuss with us the payment deadline.
• Our portion of the fare must be received 2-3 weeks before your trip.

• The more guests you bring, the more you earn for your cause!
