HOW DO I PLAN A GROUP CASINO DAYTRIP
You can start by contacting Houston Casino Tours (346) 426-6401 and letting us know your plans. We will discuss the date your group plans to go, casino desired, bus departure location and other pertinent information about your group trip. You will need a sell a MINIMUM of 40 Seats or more to plan your casino daytrip. ( Your group will be allocated 50-52 seats maximum ). Our luxury coaches seat a total of 56 passengers.
Once you have contacted us and decided on a date for your trip, there is a non-refundable $250 booking fee required to reserve your bus. If you reach or surpass your 40-passenger minimum, you as the Group Organizer will enjoy the casino trip FREE OF CHARGE, and you are given a $50 Bill once we arrive at the casino on the day of the trip!
If, however, you do NOT reach your 40 sold seats, and say, only 25 seats are ultimately reserved, you will have a choice to cancel your trip, or you may cover the cost of the missing 15 seats. This will be in the contractual agreement you receive, requiring both parties' signature for all casino trips. We encourage you to ask friends, family, co-workers and business colleagues to serve as "Travel Ambassadors" to assist you in filling the bus for your casino trip!
WHERE IS THE BUS PICK-UP LOCATION, WHEN DOES THE BUS LEAVE AND HOW LONG DO WE STAY AT THE CASINO
The Group Organizer decides on the bus pick-up location, as long as it is in a safe location, where we can leave our vehicles that day.
The casino bus could, as an example, depart at about 7:00 a.m. We would arrive at the casino 2 to 2 1/2 hours later, depending on departure location and casino desired. We would stay and play inside casino for 6 hours. We would leave the casino around 4:00 pm, arriving back in Houston around 6:00 - 6:30 p.m. that same day, give or take.
We offer casino bus trip departures during the day, evening and on weekends. We will stay inside casino for a total of 6 hours.

Yes!! Our current incentive or promotion for Group Organizers is this: When you plan a group casino trip, and you sell the 40 required seats, YOUR casino bus trip will be ABSOLUTELY Free of Charge, Plus you will receive a $50 Bill, once we arrive at the Casino !!
DOES IT GET COLD ON THE BUS AND IN THE CASINO
Yes, to some individuals. It gets chilly on the bus and inside the casino. We encourage you to bring a sweater or a wrap with you on our casino trips.
WHAT IF WE WANT TO BE PICKED UP OUTSIDE THE HOUSTON METRO AREA....FOR INSTANCE KATY, TEXAS
Our fares vary slightly, depending upon motorcoach pick-up location and desired casino. For areas such as Clear Lake/Webster/Pearland/League City, fares are generally $60 per person. Please call us for pricing for pick-up locations outside of the general Houston metro area. We will work with you to offer a fair price for you and your group.
WHAT IF WE WANT TO GO, BUT HAVE A SMALLER GROUP THAN 50, FOR INSTANCE 25 GUESTS ?
We will work with you and discuss pricing for smaller groups. We have access to various size transportation/fleet vehicles for groups small and large !
