DISCLAIMER:  Transportation to and from casino are provided for paid/reserved passengers only and not for the general public. Houston Ca$ino Tours, LLC,  the casinos, nor the bus companies are responsible for guests who do not show up at scheduled departure time and location.  Passenger seating is on a first come, first serve basis, however, we ask that physically challenged passengers have first preference. All guest must be 21 years or older with valid State Identification.  All drinks must be in non-breakable containers. The restroom is at the rear of the bus, all guests are to remain seated enroute, unless utilizing restroom. We will not be liable for loss or damage to any person or personal belongings. All casino fares are non-transferable.  If you have paid for a ticket to go to the casino, and find that you are not able to go on the noted date, you will not be refunded in cash, but instead given an opportunity to join another scheduled casino trip, if seating is available.
