This letter is in reference to Mrs. Doris Jones, owner of Fun Bus Casino Tours.  I contacted Mrs. Jones by phone to inquire about a casino package for our very first teacher retreat.   Her enthusiasm and professionalism was above and beyond what I would have expected.  She was extremely accommodating and eager to be a part of our history making outing!
 

She worked with us to accommodate our date, times and even worked a little magic in acquiring for us a great deal with the casino.  She designed and sent me flyers and other information, so that I could share with the others on our faculty.  We conversed via email and/or telephone on a weekly basis; she always kept in contact with me, and provided me with any information or questions I had.
 

Our teachers and staff were very excited about our night activity trip, and on the day of the trip, Mrs. Jones and the luxury motor coach arrived early, was EXTREMELY professional and courteous.  She joined in on our games and activities and moderated a fun, exciting bus trip for us all!  Our faculty had a wonderful evening.   I would like to add that even at the last minute, when a few of our teachers were not able to attend; Mrs. Jones gave them a total refund, which was honorable and very impressive.
 

I find Mrs. Jones to be a kind, enthusiastic, fun loving individual who goes above and beyond to create an event worth remembering! Her fair, hard-working and professional attitude were greatly admired and appreciated.  I highly recommend her and her company and am looking forward to having the opportunity to work with her again in the future.
